Nomyx Joins Ownera SuperApps Platform

Nomyx has joined Ownera’s SuperApps Platform, bringing its end-to-end tokenization infrastructure to financial institutions connected through Ownera’s platform.
The announcement highlights Nomyx’s infrastructure for token deployment, compliance, digital identity verification, and primary issuance. Through Ownera’s platform, these capabilities are now accessible to connected financial institutions across a network processing over $5 billion in monthly trading volume.
For asset managers and fund administrators, the integration addresses one of the biggest challenges in institutional tokenization: coordinating multiple vendors across token creation, compliance verification, investor onboarding, and issuance workflows.
Nomyx provides these capabilities through one integrated platform, helping asset managers move away from 6-to-9-month deployment timelines and multi-vendor complexity. The platform supports compliant token deployment in as little as two weeks, with no blockchain experience required.
Supporting Institutional Tokenization Through One Connected Platform
Nomyx brings three integrated solutions to Ownera’s SuperApps Platform: Nomyx ID, Nomyx Engine, and Nomyx Gateway.
Nomyx ID supports digital identity infrastructure, integrated KYC/AML coverage, investor credentials, accreditation verification, and compliance checks throughout the token lifecycle. Nomyx Engine supports compliant token deployment through a no-code interface and upgradeable smart contract architecture. Nomyx Gateway supports white-labeled primary issuance, instant atomic settlement, Transfer Agent integration, institutional-grade self-custody powered by Dfns MPC, and fiat on/off-ramps through Bridge.
Ubair Javaid, CEO of Nomyx, shared that institutions need production-ready infrastructure, not proof-of-concepts. By connecting through Ownera, financial institutions can access Nomyx’s tokenization stack without building separate integrations for every component.
Ownera's Founder and CEO, Ami Ben-David, also noted that asset managers need specialized expertise to tokenize real-world assets at an institutional scale. Nomyx’s integration with Ownera’s SuperApps Platform supports that need by bringing production-grade tokenization infrastructure into a connected institutional environment.
The announcement reinforces a clear direction for institutional tokenization: asset managers need more than token issuance. They need infrastructure that connects compliance, identity, issuance, settlement, and operational workflows in one production-ready environment.
